The rule tables are transcribed from the official texts and checked against them on every change. The tool assists you; read its notes before printing a label for sale.

CLP hazard statements and pictograms

Rules last checked 25 September 2026. A labelling reference, not legal advice.

Every label element the candle and home-fragrance tools print, one page each: the hazard statements in their table, the EUH208 line and the pictograms, with the class behind each, its signal word and what it asks of the packaging. Transcribed from the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and checked against it, for the EU, Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The tables are the ones the tools use, so the pages and the labels cannot disagree. This is the part of CLP a candle or diffuser label draws on, not the whole regulation.
