Formatting help: allergens, estimates, unknown ingredients
- Fragrance allergens from your supplier's declaration go after a

They are a starting point, not a complete assessment: each profile names only some constituents, so anything it does not list will not be declared. Water evaporates while a bar cures, so each allergen becomes a larger share of the bar you sell. Add the whole batch's cured weight on a line of its own and the allergen limits are checked against it:
Cured weight, 1380 - An ingredient we don't know? This tool knows 23 soaping oils, butters and waxes by name, and 41 other ingredients such as goat milk, honey, sugar, salt, clays and colloidal oatmeal, plus lye, water and tagged fragrances. Anything else, such as rice bran oil or a colourant, stays on the label under the name you typed and is flagged for you rather than guessed at. Give its INCI from the supplier's spec sheet with
inci:and that is used instead, exactly as entered:Emulsifying wax, 4, inci: Cetearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 60
A few names can mean more than one ingredient, such as vitamin E or French green clay, and the tool asks which you mean. Every name it knows is listed under INCI names.

Exports are the paid step. Everything else, including the declaration and the notes, is free.
This label is your ingredient declaration and brand block, plus any lines you add under "More on this label". US law asks the package for more: the product's identity on the front panel (21 CFR 701.11), the net quantity in ounces or fluid ounces (701.13; metric may be added), the name and place of business of the maker, packer or distributor (701.12), any warning Part 740 requires, and a US address, US phone number or website where people can report adverse reactions (21 U.S.C. 364e(a)). FDA's Cosmetics Labeling Guide walks through each one. Lines you add print under the list, which suits a back or side label: on the front panel, the net quantity sits in its bottom 30 % (701.13).
This label is your ingredient list, which US law does not require on true soap, and your brand block, plus any lines you add under "More on this label". The FTC's packaging rules ask a true soap's package for its identity (16 CFR 500.4), the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer or distributor (500.5), and the net quantity in both US and metric units (500.6 onward).
This label is your ingredient declaration and brand block, plus any lines you add under "More on this label". Article 19 asks the container for more: the responsible person's name and address, the nominal content, a batch number, the date of minimum durability or period-after-opening, the product's function where it is not obvious, and any precautions. Print it at 100 % ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page". Try one on plain paper first and hold it against your sheet, up to the light, to check the fit.
The ready-cut layouts come from the sheet makers' published templates (Label Planet for A4, OnlineLabels for US Letter). Other brands' sheets with the same number and size of labels are usually laid out the same way.
