You're already on the Unlimited plan. Every export on every tool is included, so there is nothing here to buy. Manage or cancel it from your account.
Your design pass has exports left. They work in every browser where you are signed in, so go back to your design and download it. Buy another pass when you start your next design. If you subscribe instead, the subscription takes the pass's place: exports left on the pass are not kept after the subscription ends.
The last payment on your subscription was refunded. Unless it has been cancelled, the subscription is still set to renew. Cancel it in your account before you buy again, so you are not charged twice.
Making one label, or a growing range?
Most makers don't need one label, they need a new one every time they add a scent, a size or a season. Pay per design if it really is a one-off; subscribe once your range keeps growing.

We'll tell you when a rule changes
Labelling rules keep moving: the EU's 2023/1545 update took the declarable fragrance-allergen list from the familiar 26 (24 still in force by 2023) to 81, Great Britain kept its older list of 25, and a US rule is still pending under MoCRA. When a rule behind the tools changes, we update the rule tables and email you what changed. Free, whether or not you ever pay us.
