Food & drink ingredient labels
Enter your recipe. The ingredient list is ordered by weight and the 14 allergens you mark are emphasised, ready for a prepacked-for-direct-sale (Natasha's Law) or FIC label. Calculated live, in your browser.
The FIC rules (Reg (EU) 1169/2011, assimilated) and US FALCPA (21 U.S.C. §343(w)) are transcribed from the official texts and source-audited against them. The tool orders the list and emphasises (or, for the US, lists in a "Contains" statement) the allergens you mark; it does notguess allergens from ingredient names, and does not produce the nutrition declaration or QUID. Check the review notes before printing a label for sale.

Ingredients
Enter each ingredient with its weight, and tick the allergens it contains (from your supplier's spec). Heaviest first is worked out for you. For a compound ingredient (like jam or chocolate), add its sub-ingredients and they list in brackets, in their own descending weight order.
Ingredient declaration
The bold emphasis on allergens is part of the legal requirement. Copying gives plain text, so re-apply the emphasis wherever you reproduce this list.
