Small Print Labels assists you; it does not replace your legal responsibility for your product.

Who you are dealing with

Small Print Labels is operated as a sole trader based in Sweden. These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, that does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.

The tool assists; you remain responsible

Small Print Labels helps you produce an ingredient declaration or hazard label, but you are responsible for ensuring your product and its labelling comply with all applicable laws. Always verify output against primary sources. Nothing here is legal advice, and we are not your safety assessor.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for your own products or those of clients you work for. Do not attempt to scrape the reference tables wholesale, resell access, or present the output as certified by anyone. The regulatory texts themselves are public; our transcription, checks and presentation are not.

Purchases

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase: your contract of sale is with Paddle, they appear on your statement, and their own terms apply to the transaction alongside these. Prices are shown inclusive of any tax Paddle is required to charge. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel yourself at any time from your account. See the refund policy.

Your account

Sign-in links are personal to you. You can delete your account at any time from your account, which erases your saved work. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack or abuse the service, and will refund any unused paid period if we do.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The underlying regulatory data is transcribed from the official texts and source-audited against them, but always check the review notes the tool shows before relying on a label.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool or reliance on its output, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the tool means you accept the current version.
