What to include

If something is wrong with a label, send the recipe text you entered, the tool you used and what you expected instead. That is almost always enough to reproduce it. For billing questions, include the email address you paid with.

Billing and refunds

Purchases are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record and appear on your statement and receipt. You can cancel a subscription yourself from your account at any time. Our refund policy explains the rest, and you can always ask us directly.

Your data

To download or erase everything we hold about you, use the buttons on your account: no request needed, and nothing to wait for. If you would rather we did it, ask and we will. Our privacy policy sets out what we keep and why.

Getting the rules wrong

If you believe a value in our tables misreads the underlying regulation, please tell us, and cite the source if you have it. Correctness is the whole product: a report like that gets looked at the same day, and a genuine error is fixed and logged publicly in our source notes.
